On Monday, December 22, a formal Christmas meeting with employees was held. During the event, the President of the Management Board, Stanisław Gągała, summarized the passing year, highlighting both its successes and the areas requiring further work. He also referred to important investments currently being carried out by the company and outlined development plans for the next two years.
He emphasized that the pace of development of any organization is driven by people—their work, experience, and commitment—which is why special thanks were extended to individual teams and departments.
The Commercial Director, Paweł Tokarczyk, on behalf of all employees, extended Christmas wishes and wishes of every success in the upcoming New Year to the Management Board. He also expressed gratitude for the Christmas gift packages and shopping vouchers given to employees.
Christmas meetings are a special opportunity to exchange good wishes, which ultimately prevailed both in the official speeches and in the more informal conversations held behind the scenes.
